The China Food & Drinks Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "CFDF") was established in 1955 and is known as a leading indicator and trendsetter in China's food and drinks industry. It is a long-standing flagship professional exhibition in China's food and drinks sector.
CFDF has ranked top in the global food & drinks exhibition platform for seven consecutive years. As a national-level platform with international vision , CFDF's annual total exhibition area exceeds 500,000 m², with over 10,000 participating enterprises and more than 700,000 visits per year.
Backed by its massive exhibition scale and profound industry influence, CFDF owns extensive media resources, including WeChat Official Account and Video Channel, Weibo, TikTok, REDnote, Kwai, Bilibili, and Toutiao, totaling 1 million followers across these accounts.
With these advantages in place, we are now openly recruiting overseas agents or partners to further internationalize CFDF and build a global service network. Based on mutual complementarity, win-win cooperation and long-term stability, both parties will jointly develop the overseas food and drinks exhibition business.
1. Legally registered in the country/region of operation, possessing independent legal person status and exhibition-related business operation permits, with continuous operation for over 2 years.
2. No records of illegal operations, material litigation disputes, or adverse credit records.
3.Compliance with relevant laws and regulations of China and the country/region of operation.
1. A dedicated team of no fewer than 10 members, with core members possessing experience in exhibition industry and familiarity with local market rules and business environments.
2. A complete operational management system capable of independently undertaking exhibitor recruitment and sourcing, customer service, and other exhibition-related work.
1. Over 3 years of experience in operating local, overseas,or cross-regional exhibition projects, with experience in food and drinks-related exhibition services preferred.
2. The net exhibition area of each overseas food and drinks exhibitions previously engaged in is no less than 8,000 m2, or the net exhibition area of each overseas comprehensive food and drinks exhibitions is no less than 15,000 m2
3. Full-process exhibition organization service capabilities including booth design and construction, buyer matching, and business organization, or possession of high-quality cooperation resources.
4. Capability of organizing local events, with at least 2 successful food and drinks-related events (such as hotel shows, business matchings, industry seminars, etc.) organized in the past 2 years, as well as independent capability of full process of event planning, venue setup, guest invitation, and on-site execution.
1. Stable maintenance of no fewer than 10 key food and drinks customers (brand owners, manufacturers, distributors, etc.), and no fewer than 50 general customer resources.
2. Professional visitors organization capabilities, including precise connection with overseas food and drinks buyers, retailers, agents, etc., with past projects organizing no fewer than 50 professional visitors each.
3. Possession of core resources including local food manufacturing enterprises and high-end drinks distributors is preferred.
1. Familiarity with food and drinks dynamics, consumption trends, policies and regulations in the region, with capability to provide exhibition plans meeting local market needs.
2. Bilingual or multilingual communication capabilities (at least Chinese or English) to smoothly connect with the CFDF and its overseas customers.
3. Advantages in exhibition organization services aligned with the CFDF's development of "internationalization, specialization, market-orientation, and branding," filling service gaps in overseas markets.
1. Official certification as the "CFDF's Authorized Overseas Agent/ Partner" for business within the authorized region.
2. The right to use the CFDF's brand logo, promotional materials, etc., and to participate in brand promotion activities organized by CFDF.
3. Support services provided by the CFDF, including business training, industry information sharing, and exhibition resource docking.
4. Commissions and related business rewards in exhibitor recruitment and sourcing based on the cooperation agreement. The specific ratio will be subject to the cooperation level and performance.
5. Participation in discussions on the core planning of CFDF's overseas business, with business optimization suggestions that meet local market needs.
6. The right of first refusal within the authorized region , and priority access to new business development opportunities under equal conditions.
1. Completion of the exhibitor recruitment and sourcing tasks in the authorized region according to the targets stipulated in the cooperation agreement, ensuring the quantity and quality of exhibitors and professional visitors.
2. Active promotion of CFDF's brand and related projects, expansion of overseas new customers, strengthen CFDF’s global customer portfolio..
3. Focus on exploring distinctive food and drinks enterprises and high-end buyer resources in the region to help enrich the CFDF's exhibit portfolio and optimize the buyer composition.
4. Organization of no less than 2 local food and drinks-related events (including tasting, matching, and promotion events, etc.) per year in the authorized region to assist in CFDF'S brand penetration and business conversion.
1. Provision of full-process services for international exhibitors and professional visitors, including consultation and docking, document submission, itinerary assistance, on-site services, etc.
2. Organization of local business matching activities to promote precise connections between Chinese and overseas enterprises and improve the transaction conversion rate.
3. Prompt response to customer demands to coordinate and resolve issues arising during cooperation, protecting the CFDF's brand reputation.
1. Compliance with the laws and regulations of China and the country/region of operations, with no damage to CFDF and its brand image.
2. Regular submission of business progress reports, customer data, market analysis etc., and cooperation in completing business assessments and reviews.
3. No disclosure of business secrets obtained during cooperation, including core information of CFDF and its clients.
4. Cooperation in conducting overseas market research, brand promotion etc. with unified business standards and service specifications.
1. Application Submission: The applicant shall submit the "Application Form for Overseas Agent/Partner" (see Annex below), along with proof materials including business license, team introduction, past cases of exhibitions, event organization certificates, and customer lists.
2. Qualification Review: The CFDF Organizing Committee conducts preliminary review of the application materials, focusing on verifying the subject qualifications, business experience, organization capabilities, customer resources, etc.
3. Interview Assessment: The applicants that pass the preliminary review will be invited for interviews to assess their professional levels such as industry knowledge, localized service capabilities, event planning and execution levels, business planning etc.
4. Cooperation Acknowledgement: After both parties reach a cooperation consensus, the CFDF issues and signs the "Cooperation Agreement for Overseas Agent/ Partner," clarifying core terms such as rights and obligations, cooperation targets, and commission settlement.
5. Operation Launch: The CFDF Organizing Committee grants official authorization qualifications, provides business training and resource support to enable the agent to officially commences related business.
1. The CFDF Organizing Committee will conduct annual assessments of the overseas agents/partners. The performance indicators include exhibitor recruitment and sourcing performance, customer satisfaction, brand maintenance, and effectiveness of localized event organization.
2. The overseas agents/partners who pass the assessment may renew the cooperation agreement; those with excellent performance may be granted rewards such as increased commissions and expanded business authorization; for those who fail the assessment, the CFDF has the right to adjust the cooperation level or terminate the cooperation.
3. If the overseas agent/partner engages in illegal operations, serious breaches of contract, damage to brand image, or other serious misconduct, the CFDF may unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement and pursue relevant liabilities.
4. Upon expiration or termination of the cooperation, the agent shall cease to work with CFDF's related brand resources, and cooperate in completing customer data handover and other follow-up work.
